Seán McCrave today announced that he will be resigning as CEO of the IAPI at the end of the year

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

After almost six years as Chief Executive of the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland (IAPI), I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that I am resigning from the role and moving on to open up a new chapter in my career. It is planned that I stay on until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transfer to the incoming board and new Chief Executive.

During these six years as Chief Executive, it has been my immense pleasure to represent the advertising industry and its constituent elements at all levels. While the advertising industry faces many challenges, IAPI will continue to represent the best interests of the industry in the future.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to you for the help and assistance you have given both IAPI and myself over the past six years. I would especially like to thank individually the staff of IAPI (Joyce, Heather and especially Aisling) for all their support, we are a small team but are an effective one.

I value the professional relationships that have been forged during my time in IAPI and I look forward to maintaining these and to potential opportunities to collaborate again in the future.

Kind Regards

Sean Mc Crave

CEO
